Project Management (Edtech Solutions)
As a member of the EdTech team, you will contribute to the development of our educational software solutions by providing project management support. This could be a part-time or full-time role, offering flexibility to suit the right candidate. The role is remote-first, with occasional visits to the office required for meetings or team collaboration.
This position would be a great fit for anyone with experience in project management or those currently working in administration or marketing within a school, college, or local authority who are seeking an exciting new challenge.
So, what will you be doing?
- Coordinating and managing project timelines, deliverables, and milestones to ensure successful completion.
- Developing, managing and documenting production schedules, milestones, projections, estimates and budgets for customer proposals and assigned projects
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and stakeholders, to align project goals.
- Interpreting customers’ requirements and producing design/technical briefs
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and within scope, providing delivering status reports to senior management
- Administering and managing enquiries, quotate and client projects
- Assisting with production, testing and quality checking of products before release to clients
What experience do you need?
To be successful you will be flexible and experienced in project management and administration. You must also have:
- Proven experience in project management, preferably within the EdTech or software development sector.
- Evidence of the effective and efficient delivery of projects to clients
- Evidence of innovative and proactive thinking
- Experienced in Microsoft Office, Project Management software and CRM
- Excellent relationship & communication skills
- Experienced at working in multi-discipline teams and being a great team player
- A background in education is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to plan, manage your own workload and meet deadlines
- A flexible, dynamic and positive “can do” approach to work
- Experience of project and client management in a media and events environment would be an advantage
