eLearning for Vets and Veterinary Nurses
The Challenge
MSD is a global biopharmaceutical company who are delivering innovative health solutions that advance the prevention and treatment of diseases in people and animals.
They were in need of an elearning provider to produce a series of modules targeted at training vets and veterinary nurses on essential topics such as Endoparasites, Ectoparasites and Vaccinations.
The course was designed to train vets and veterinary nurses on these subjects to improve their ability to provide better care, follow best practices, give better advice, and more.
Bitesize learning for quick wins
We worked alongside MSD’s subject matter experts to get a firm grasp and understanding of the content and the proceeding to build it into 5 modules covering topics that focused on important topics, from Preventative Strategies to Responsibly using medical equipment.
The course needed to be interactive to relay the content in a memorable and engaging way and to do this we included interactive activities such as turn dials and hot graphics, knowledge checks, infographic videos, case studies and we even implemented MSD’s AI Avatar into the course.
Built on Articulate Rise, the course featured a scroll screen display which made navigation simple for the learners and even featured ‘pause and return’ so the learner can jump back in where they left off when they could.

The Results
We created 5 bespoke modules that are chalked full of interactivity and information but illustrated in a memorable way that will retain learning outcomes while the learner enjoys completing each section.
