We’re delighted to be featured among the UK’s Top Custom eLearning Content Providers in Learning Light’s updated guide for 2026.

Describing First Media as “one of the UK’s most exciting elearning companies”, Learning Light recognises our creative approach and commitment to making eLearning lively. Its recommendation highlights our work across sectors, with clients including Amazon, Breast Cancer UK, ITV and the Financial Times.

This year, the guide also draws attention to our recent project with the International AIDS Society (IAS): a digital toolkit designed to help tackle HIV-related stigma around the world. It’s a project we’re particularly proud of, combining thoughtful learning design with a purpose that matters.

IAS had developed an Excel-based tool to help countries assess HIV-related stigma in healthcare settings. Although rich in useful information, it needed to be easier for busy policymakers and health workers to understand and use.

Our team redesigned the interface and navigation, preserving the tool’s functionality while making it more approachable. We also created three supporting infographics covering its value, step-by-step instructions and common questions.

An accompanying animation used continuous line art and inclusive characters to communicate across cultures. Multilingual content and voiceovers helped make the resources suitable for audiences in different regions.

Together, these elements gave users clearer guidance on why the tool mattered and how to apply it. Our case study reports that stakeholders found the redesigned resource easier to use, supporting faster decisions and stronger action plans to address stigma.

Learning Light’s inclusion of this project highlights the breadth of custom content we create, bringing learning design, animation, illustration and video together around a specific audience and objective.

For us, it also demonstrates what makes bespoke digital learning valuable in 2026. Every project starts with understanding the people who will use it: their existing knowledge, the pressures on their time and what they need to do next.

That understanding shapes the solution. A visual explanation can make an unfamiliar process easier to follow. Clear navigation can help someone find the information they need. A practical resource can support people long after their first interaction with the content.

The IAS project brings these principles together, showing how creative design can help complex information become useful in everyday work.

We’re proud to have this work highlighted by Learning Light and grateful to the clients who trust us with their learning challenges.
